to offer the authentic taste of Liguria through local meats and products. At Rossocarne, we celebrate the true taste of Liguria. With my son Jacopo leading the kitchen, our dishes blend tradition with creativity, highlighting Cabannina beef and fresh local vegetables. Our approach is a sensory journey through the region’s flavors, with a special passion for fermentation and giving new life to ingredients.
