Begin your walk in Manarola’s charming harbour, where brightly painted houses rise in dramatic layers above the water and fishing boats rest along the rocky shore. As you follow the coastal path upward, the village unfolds behind you in a perfect blend of pastel colours, steep cliffs, and sparkling blue sea.

The trail winds through terraced vineyards and fragrant Mediterranean plants, offering nonstop views of the coastline. A short climb to Punta Bonfiglio brings you to one of the most famous lookouts in Italy — the classic postcard shot of Manarola glowing above the turquoise Ligurian Sea.

Continue toward Corniglia for open cliffside panoramas and peaceful vineyard paths, or return to Manarola for a well-earned drink as the sun sets over the water.
